Recreation Refund Policy

Once a participant has been registered by a parent/guardian, no refund of the fees paid will be issued with the exception of a government-mandated shutdown of activities due to a pandemic outbreak, such as a Covid-19 lockdown. If there is a mandated shutdown of activities, the following amended policy will apply:

• In the event no games have occurred, then a full refund will be issued minus a 10% administrative fee.
  
  
• In the event that games have been completed, then a prorated refund will be issued minus a 10% administrative fee.
